Characters you know and love
Ready to go? “ALL ABOARD!” calls the Conductor as our cheerful Chefs help you step on board. Once you’ve found your seats, the show begins and the train gently pulls away from the platform. As the journey gets underway, you’ll enjoy familiar songs from the beloved film, brought to life by our talented Chefs and you may even hear from the Conductor himself.
As you travel on, the story of THE POLAR EXPRESS™ unfolds all around you. Much-loved characters, including the Chefs, the Conductor and perhaps even the mysterious ghost on the train, draw you deeper into this magical Christmas tale. It’s a journey filled with moments of wonder for children and grown-ups alike.
Along the way, everyone will be treated to delicious hot chocolate and a tasty cookie to enjoy. This is your time to relax, soak up the festive atmosphere and create unforgettable Christmas memories together on board THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride London. The first gift of Christmas from Santa
There’s a gentle bump on the roof of your carriage… did you hear the soft jingle of sleigh bells? Turn towards the door a very special guest has arrived.
Mr C, often known as Santa Claus, appears right in your carriage to delight children and grown-ups alike. He greets children personally and presents them with the First Gift of Christmas: a shiny silver sleigh bell to treasure forever, while his helpful Elf makes sure grown-ups receive theirs too.
As Santa continues through the train, you’ll hear the familiar call of “Tickets, please!” as the Conductor checks everyone’s Golden Tickets.
