Ready to go? “ALL ABOARD!” calls the Conductor as the chefs help you on board. Once you’ve found your seats, the show begins. As the train pulls away from the platform, you’ll enjoy familiar songs from The Polar Express, brought to life by our talented chefs — and perhaps even the Conductor himself.

As the journey continues, the story unfolds around you. Beloved characters, including the chefs, the Conductor, and maybe even the mysterious ghost on the train, draw you deeper into the magical world of THE POLAR EXPRESS™.

Before long, everyone is served delicious hot chocolate and a tasty cookie. This is your moment to relax, soak up the festive atmosphere, and create magical memories on board THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride London. Don’t forget to capture photos and videos during this truly enchanting experience.

The first gift of Christmas from Santa

Before you know it, there’s a bump on the roof of your carriage — what could it be? Is that the jingle of sleigh bells? Look towards the carriage doorway… it’s our very special guest! Santa Claus (also known as Mr C) appears right there to delight children and adults alike.

Santa greets the children personally and presents them with the First Gift of Christmas — a beautiful, shiny silver sleigh bell. His helpful elf makes sure the grown-ups receive a bell too. As Santa makes his way through the carriage, you’ll hear the familiar call of “Tickets, please!” as the Conductor checks everyone’s Golden Tickets.
