We allocate your seating

This year we have removed the stress of picking your seats and instead our team that has been allocating seats for THE POLAR EXPRESS Train Ride since 2019 will do it for you. Our aim is seat you together with your family and Children will NEVER be left sat on their own. Take a look below for more details

What is the seating layout?

Each of our carriages can accommodate up to 64 passengers. Seating is arranged at tables of four, with 16 tables per carriage — eight on each side of the aisle.
(See below for an example layout.)

We always aim to seat your booking together or as close together as possible.

How seating works by group size:

Booking for 2 people
You will be seated side by side and may share a table with another pair.
Booking for 3 people
You will be seated together at a table and may share with one other guest.
Booking for 4 people
You will be seated together at your own table.
Booking for 5 people
Four guests will be seated together at one table, with the fifth seated at the table directly across the aisle. They will be positioned closest to the rest of your group.
Booking for 6 people
Four guests will be seated together at one table, with two seated at the table directly opposite, sharing with another group if necessary.
Booking for 7 or more people
You will be seated as close together as possible, typically at tables opposite each other.
