BOOK TICKETS

While we do everything possible to ensure that the booking times provided are final, this experience operates on the mainline railway, and timings may change by up to an hour either side of your booked time due to Network Rail requirements.

If your booking time does change, you will be notified closer to the event date. Any last-minute delays or time changes will be communicated via email and/or text message, and announcements may also be made at the event.

Please be careful when onward planning especially if you plan to take a train home after the event. Whilst we plan for you to be on board the train for approximately an hour, we anticipate you being at the experience for 1:30-2 hours in total. However, should a delay happen whilst on board or before we can depart the train, this could increase so please be mindful when planning your journey home.

Please be aware that all bags must be searched before entering the event area for safety reasons. If you leave the area and return, bags will need to be checked again. Large bags and suitcases are not permitted on board the train and will need to be left near the check-in area. Pushchairs cannot be taken on board but may be left on the platform with our marshals. Please note that all belongings are left at your own risk.
