COMPETITION TERMS

Below are the terms and conditions for the Facebook / Newsletter competition running 31st July 2026 to 28th August 2026.

1.1 The promoter of this prize draw is PNP Events Ltd, company number 11056091, registered office Unit J12 Halesfield 19, Telford, England, TF7 4QT (“the Promoter”).

1.2 This prize draw relates to The Polar Express Train Ride London Euston.

2.1 This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees, contractors, agents or representatives of the Promoter, its associated companies, event partners, suppliers, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2.3 Internet access and a valid email address are required to enter.

2.4 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.

3.1 To enter the prize draw, entrants must sign up to The Polar Express Train Ride London  newsletter using the official sign-up form at:

3.2 Entrants may also choose to comment on, tag a friend in, or share the related Facebook post, but this is optional and is not required for entry into the prize draw.

3.3 No purchase is necessary to enter.

3.4 Entries submitted by any other method will not be accepted.

3.5 Incomplete, invalid, duplicate, automated, bulk, third-party or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

4.1 The prize draw opens at 00:00 on 31st July 2026.

4.2 The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 31 August 2026.

4.3 Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

5.1 There will be three prizes available:

First prize: Six Classic tickets to The Polar Express Train Ride London 2026 event, for the winner and their chosen guests, up to a maximum of six attendees in total. The date and time will be chosen by the promoter (us).

Second prize: A Goody Bag with a value of approximately £30.

Third prize: A Polar Express gift bell and book set.

5.2 The first prize tickets are subject to availability and must be used on a date and time agreed with the Promoter. Exclusion dates, peak dates, specific train times and seating availability may apply. Should the selected date and time not run due to but not limited to service being withdrawn, cancelled, rescheduled for any reason no alternative shall be provided.

5.3 The first prize does not include travel, accommodation, parking, food, drink, insurance, personal expenses or any other costs not expressly stated in these terms and conditions.

5.4 The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

5.6 Should posted prizes not arrive at the recipients chosen address no replacement shall be posted. 

6.1 The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.

6.2 The random draw will take place on or around 1 September 2026.

6.3 The first valid entry drawn will receive the first prize, the second valid entry drawn will receive the second prize, and the third valid entry drawn will receive the third prize.

6.4 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.1 Winners will be announced on or around 1 September 2026.

7.2 Winners will be contacted using the email address provided when signing up to the newsletter.

7.3 Winners may be required to confirm their eligibility and provide any information reasonably required to arrange delivery or fulfilment of the prize.

7.4 If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, is found to be ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random from all remaining valid entries.

8.1 This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.

8.2 By entering, entrants acknowledge that Facebook and Meta are fully released from any responsibility or liability in connection with the prize draw.

8.3 Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Meta.

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entry and to refuse to award a prize where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.

11.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete or not received for any reason, including technical, network, hardware or software failure.

11.3 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw or suspend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11.4 Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

11.5 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
