We allocate your seating

This year we have removed the stress of picking your seats and instead our team that has been allocating seats for THE POLAR EXPRESS Train Ride since 2019 will do it for you. Our aim is seat you together with your family and Children will NEVER be left sat on their own. Take a look below for more details

What is the seating layout?

Each of our carriages hold up to 64 people. The seats are based on 4 people per table with one table on one side of the carriage and another table on the other side, with 16 tables per carriage. (See below for an example).

We will always aim to seat you with your group.

Booking 2 people? 2 of you will be sat side by side and may share a table with another 2 people.

Booking 3 people? 3 of you will be sat around a table and may share the table with another person.

Booking 4 people? 4 of you will be sat around a table together.

Booking 5 people? 4 of you will be sat around a table together and the 5th person will be sat in the table across the aisle with another family but don't worry they will be sat nearest to the rest of the group.

Booking 6 people? 4 of you will be sat around a table together and 2 sat in the table across the aisle with another family.

Booking 7 or more? You will be sat as close together as we can usually tables opposite each other.
